Homestead Modern Romance

Oh my heart skipped a beat when these images were emailed through from my dear friend. On a wedding day, there are so many beautiful moments occurring that your not always there to see. This is one of the main reasons why I feel wedding photography is priceless. And booking an experienced wedding photographer is of the highest importance. Its always important to book someone who specialises in weddings, and also has the style you like, as you can't redo your wedding day to capture more images. Jess Marks was the photographer for the wedding day, and captured moments from early in the preparations right through to dancing in the evening. Green and Bloom undertook the flowers and styling to create Sarah's modern garden elegance style she loved. This worked beautifully with the heritage architecture of the property at Gabbinbar. The cake was created by Kim Abbolou Cakes and was to die for. I may have had more than once slice later in the evening when the cake cutting occurred. Hair and Makeup was by the always talented Brush and Blush, with stationary by Paper Empire and Celebrant Anne Campbell. Florals were the main feature of the reception styling, offset with grey linens, clear modern glass and candle lighting. A floral chandelier was the feature point of the reception space with the bridal table set directly underneath. The ceremony was simply dressed with a fresh floral garland drapped behind the bride and groom. Thank-you Sarah and Ryan for allowing me to be a part of your special day in both bridesmaid and flowers and styling xxx
