Stephanie & Nick - Gabbinbar Homestead
We had the absolute pleasure of being a part of Steff and Nicks spring wedding in September of last year at Gabbinbar Homestead. Soft muted tones of peach, pinks, creams, beige were offset against blue greens, blues and dark plums for the floral styling with some of the most gorgeous Australian grown blooms in the mix. The range of blooms we were able to source included Ranunuli, Garden Roses, Blushing Bride, Sea Holly, Stock, Peony Tulips, and Delphinium to name a few along with textured foliages, berries and filler blooms.
For the ceremony we installed a floral backdrop using the mix of blooms as per the bouquets, within the Pavilion space. This structure was then moved back to the reception post ceremony to drape behind the bridal table infront of the French Doors in the conservatory.
Within the reception space our Dove Grey French Linen dressed the table tops with a gathered, ruffled affect, along with our dusty pink linen napkins for each guest placement. The florals down the tables were unstructured arrangements using the same mix of florals as per the bouquets, placed within our white marble vases. Our vintage crystal taper candle holders were scattered down the tables on crystal drip trays with tall white candles.
We dressed the chandelier within the reception space to create a hero statement pice above guests heads. There is nothing more beautiful than fresh florals draping from the ceiling.
Thank-you Steff for choosing Green and Bloom as part of your wedding day team. It was our pleasure to help your floral vision come to life x
